| Disclaimer - Terms of Service By becoming a featured model on this site (Delightful Models), the model grants delightfulmodels.net to use any or all images/pictures/videos/ which they have submitted in our banners, website design, calendar, our marketing collateral, or any other promotional tools delightfulmodels.net deems appropriate. Delightfulmodels.net has the right to use: photographs, video, electronic and digital reproductions to promote Delight of the Net contest. From the date the model becomes featured on delightfulmodels.net, the participating model does hereby grant, release, and assign to delightfulmodels.net any and all claims of right whatsoever in and to all photographs and/or videos. The model also confirms that she has the right to enter into this Agreement, that she is not restricted by any commitments to any parties, and that delightfulmodels.net has no financial commitment or obligations as a result of this agreement. Should the model wishes to have herself and or the pictures removed from our site, our banner, or any of our marketing collateral, they must provide a written notification (email) regarding this issue. Delightfulmodels.net cannot make any guarantees that all the pictures already used on marketing collateral, banners, etc will immediately be removed or ever removed from circulation, delightfulmodels.net shall not use your pictures/videos in any future marketing designs that may be developed, and shall work to grant the model’s requests. The model accepts that delightfulmodels.net is not responsible for already created banners and marketing collateral that shows her likeness and has already been released to the internet. By submitting pictures to be posted on delightfulmodels.net, the model claims that she has the rights to the pictures, the rights to post the pictures, grants delightfulmodels.net permission to use the pictures, and holds delightfulmodels.net harmless from any liability issues that may arise from a third party that claims ownership of the pictures and/or copyright. By submitting a written request to join delightfulmodels.net, the model agrees to the terms and conditions below, and warrants and certifies the following: • I, the model, do hereby certify and swear under unsworn declaration of perjury that the following is true: • I swear that I am above 18 years of age • I swear that I have disclosed my correct legal name • I swear that I have not provided any false or misleading information to delightfulmodels.net • I swear, that I have the rights to the pictures, and allowing delightfulmodels.net to utilize the pictures in marketing collateral and/or banners • I swear that I understand the above, and I am submitting my details/images/videos on my own free will By joining delightfulmodels.net, I accept the above terms.  |
